Elsa had been a stray who showed up in someone’s backyard where community cats are fed. Elsa was there for about a month before a kind person reached out to our rescue to help get her into a safer environment.
Sadly, days after we had taken her in, Elsa became extremely sick and lethargic. She was showing severe symptoms of pyometra which required emergency vet care. We were all extremely relieved when she made it through surgery and began her journey to recovery. It has been a long one, but she is doing amazingly well now.
Elsa is a very loving and gentle Kitty. She will need a very caring home that will give her nothing but love and TLC. She seems to do well around other cats and may appreciate a feline friend in the home. Most importantly, she will need a human who is home often to spend time with her. We would like to place her in a quiet home with no children or dogs.
Elsa has been spayed, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative) and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $230+tax

Step 2. Connect with the rescue. This cat is from No Kitten Left Behind-MN. They are a small, volunteer-run, foster-based rescue managed by one dedicated person. If you’re interested in adopting after meeting a cat, please email amtauer@hotmail.com to request an application. To help streamline communication, use the subject line: Application Request for [Cat’s Name] at TCM. In the email body, include when you met the cat and why you’d like to adopt them.
Step 3. Wait for an application to be sent back to your request. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response. If you don’t hear back after that, send a follow-up email in case the original was missed. Email is the best way to get in touch and begin the adoption process.
