Amaretto was surrendered to rescue after being dumped at a farm with her family at a young age. The people on the farm felt that she deserved a better (indoor) life because she is polydactyl. Sadly, her siblings were not able to join her even though the rescue was more than willing to make room for the entire family.
Amaretto is a very energetic and happy-go-lucky gal. She ADORES human attention and is an expert in snuggling . She is very playful with other kitties and appreciates play time with them as well.
Amaretto will require another young friendly feline in her new home to build a lasting relationship. She will not do well with younger children but may do just fine with an older well-mannered child. We do not know how she would be with a dog.
